About Adam

As a life-long resident of Franklin County, Adam Lynch knows this area and its properties well. In fact, for over fifteen years, he has worked on the building side of the real estate business with his family’s contracting company. During that time, the lake was in a crucial development phase and Adam’s design and building skills helped create many of the developments that are popular today. With Building Contractor, Charles H. Lynch, Adam even helped build several Waterfront Properties communities including The Water’s Edge and The Boardwalk.

As Adam watched the lake grow first-hand, he developed an interest in the sales part of the business. He knew that his building and design expertise could provide an invaluable service to both buyers and sellers. By helping them understand more about the houses, he could assist them in making informed and intelligent choices.

Adam is a graduate from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville and earned a B.A. degree in History. Adam Lynch currently resides in Franklin County and is excited about continuing to promote lake development – this time through helping each individual find the home they want.
